The whole process is controlled by PLC programming, and the action parameters are set flexibly according to the requirements of cleaning process. Adopting fully automatic operation process, the cleaning effect is good, the solvent keeps clean for a long time, reduces the operator's labor intensity, and improves the production capacity and cleaning effect of the equipment.
The workpiece is cleaned and dried by the method of ultrasonic hot dipping and hot air drying, and the cleaning liquid is used with diesel and anti-rust detergent. The fully automatic mechanical arm is used to lift, rotate and transmit the special cleaning basket to ensure that the workpiece can do 360 degree rotation in the cleaning tank.

Anti-rust method.
Not diesel fuel is not rust-proof, is too much water in diesel fuel. In addition, never use strong acid and alkali chemicals to clean the bearings, bearing steel is more prone to rust than ordinary carbon steel.
If the bearing is wet with water, it should be cleaned with gasoline or kerosene, and then dry it after cleaning. After the anti-rust oil is applied, a layer of oil film will be formed on the surface of the bearing, which will block the air from contacting the bearing and also play a role in preventing moisture. After applying the anti-rust oil evenly, the bearings should be wrapped with thick plastic film, which must be tightly wrapped around the bearings and must not be breathable. Outside the plastic film should also be wrapped with a thick layer of kraft paper to prevent moisture and prevent the plastic film from breaking after a collision. If there is no kraft paper, other paper materials can be used instead. The above maintenance procedures should be carried out promptly after the bearings have been exposed to acid or alkaline substances.
