Hot plate fusion machine
Main function:
Designed for fusing small and complex irregular plastic workpieces made of PE, PP, nylon, ABS, etc. Two or four workpieces can be fused at the same time according to the customer's requirements to increase production capacity. Water tight and air tight effect can be achieved after welding.
Welding temperature, heating time, cooling time, welding depth, pressure, transfer time and other parameters are adjustable.
Semi-automatic or fully automatic mode can be selected according to the welding program requirements.
Welding program can be adjusted according to the needs of various materials.
Machine is assembled by CNC parts machining, verticality and levelness meet precision requirements.
The upper and lower templates are actuated by chrome-plated ground steel rods with self-lubricating bearing structure.
Applicable range.
PE, PP, TPR, TPU, PVC, nylon, acrylic and other materials, such as headlights, water tanks, filters, carburetors, battery boxes, container washing machine spigots, batteries, steam irons, etc.
